I took the ferry across the lake to Plattsburgh, NY to shoot a spot for Schonbek Lighting. A very impressive place with all these different stations dedicated to very specific parts in the chandelier making process.
We rolled a Dana Dolly around, a flatbed with stands & sandbags and a hamper with lights & soft boxes. We turned off fluorescents that were directly overhead and created a look that was less top lit and more flattering. The beauty shot at the end we lit differently :)
“Schonbek is a luxury American lighting brand with a heritage of authentic European crystal chandelier-making at its core. From their roots in Bohemia, the Schonbek family made its way to the United States to establish a new tradition of crystal lighting design. For over 150 years and five family generations the Schonbek name has been synonymous with the highest quality crystal lighting.”
