Lighting Specs:
The Key light (camera left) was a book-light: (2) Arri M18 HMI’s with 1/4 CTS bounced into an 8x8 ultra bounce and back through a 12x12 frame with 1/4 grid cloth. The wrap (same side as the key) was (2) K 5600 Joker-Bug 1600W units, double broke - each unit through (2) sets of 4x4 frames, the first with 1/4 grid and the second with 216 diffusion. The fill light was (2) K 5600 Joker-bug 800W units bounced into the ceiling. An Arri Orbiter LED was used to punch hard, warm light in where desired - mainly to rake the tall grass and hit the shoes. There were floor to ceiling windows with daylight pouring in that needed to be blacked out. Each unit was flagged and controlled to prevent spill from hitting the white wall in the background.
