A table top project shot at Chef's Corner, Cafe & Bakery with my dad - Chef, Jozef Harrewyn making Palmier's, a French pastry in a palm leaf shape. This was a passion project shot during the dark ages of Covid when the restaurant was shut down (Winter, 2020).
Camera Specs:
Panasonic GH5 (black & white baked in camera, pun intended). Shot at 1080P to maximize high frame rate. This camera has great in camera stabilization which came in handy as I did a fair amount of handheld shots.
Lighting Specs:
The key light was an Aputure Light Storm 300D built with the Aputure Light Dome. The backlight was a 4ft Quasar Science, Cross Fade. The eye light was a Dracast Silkray 600 Bi-Color LED Round light.
